เนื่องจากทริปนี้เป็นเส้นทางธรรมชาติที่มีข้อจำกัดและกฎระเบียบที่เข้มงวดจากทางอุทยานแห่งชาติ
ทางเพจจึงขอแจ้งเงื่อนไขและข้อตกลงในการร่วมเดินทางให้ทุกท่านทราบอย่างละเอียด
ดังต่อไปนี้:Dear all trip participants, To ensure mutual understanding and smooth trip management — since this trip follows a natural-area route subject to strict National Park rules and regulations — we wish to inform every participant of the full Terms and Travel Agreement in detail as follows:
⚠️ ประกาศสำคัญเรื่องการโอนเงินชำระค่าบริการ (ช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่าน 30 วัน): เนื่องจาก บริษัท ไลท์เวท แอดเวนเจอร์ จำกัด อยู่ระหว่างขั้นตอนการดำเนินงานทางเอกสารและอนุมัติเปิดบัญชีธนาคารในนามนิติบุคคล (ใช้เวลาดำเนินการประมาณ 30 วัน) ในช่วงระยะเวลาเปลี่ยนผ่านนี้ ทางเพจเดินตัวปลิวขอแจ้งให้ลูกทริปทุกท่านโอนเงินชำระค่าบริการและมัดจำทริปเข้าสู่บัญชีธนาคารส่วนตัวของกรรมการผู้จัดการและผู้มีอำนาจลงนามผูกพันบริษัทโดยตรง คือ "ธนาคารกรุงเทพ · ชื่อบัญชี นายณรงค์ศักดิ์ อินฬี · เลขที่บัญชี 098-0062-335" เท่านั้น ทางเพจไม่มีนโยบายให้โอนเข้าบัญชีบุคคลอื่นที่ไม่ใช่ชื่อกรรมการบริษัทในทุกกรณี เพื่อความโปร่งใสและคุ้มครองความปลอดภัยสูงสุดของลูกทริปทุกท่าน
⚠️ Critical Notice Regarding Account Transfers (30-Day Transitional Period): As Lightweight Adventure Co., Ltd. is currently under the official 30-day banking documentation and approval process for our corporate account opening, all trip deposits and payments during this transitional period must be securely transferred directly to the personal bank account of our Managing Director and authorized signatory: "Bangkok Bank · Account Name: Mr. Narongsak Inlee · Account No. 098-0062-335" Only. We strictly do not accept transfers to any other individual accounts under any circumstances to guarantee maximum financial protection and transparency for our clients.

การชำระเงินงวดที่ 1 (มัดจำ):Payment 1 (Deposit): ชำระเงินมัดจำจำนวน 50% ของราคาทริป ณ วันที่ทำการจอง เพื่อเป็นการยืนยันสิทธิ์ที่นั่งPay a 50% deposit of the trip price on the booking date to lock in your seat.

การชำระเงินงวดที่ 2 (ส่วนที่เหลือ):Payment 2 (Balance): ชำระเงินส่วนที่เหลือ ภายในระยะเวลาที่ผู้จัดกำหนด (ก่อนถึงวันกำหนดส่งรายชื่อให้อุทยาน) โดยทำการชำระเงินให้ครบ 100% ก่อนการเดินทางเท่านั้นPay the remaining balance within the deadline set by the operator (before the name-list submission to the National Park). Full 100% payment must be completed before the trip departs.

ขออนุญาตทวงถามหากไม่มีการชำระเงิน ไม่มีการตอบกลับในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด ถือว่าตัดสิทธิ์We reserve the right to follow up on unpaid bookings; failure to respond within the deadline will be treated as a forfeiture of the booking.

สิทธิพิเศษ:Privilege: ทางเพจใช้ระบบ "First come, First serve" ผู้ที่โอนเงินมัดจำก่อน จะได้รับสิทธิ์เลือกที่นั่งบนรถตู้ก่อนตามลำดับเวลาWe use a "First come, First serve" system — those who pay the deposit first will be allowed to choose their van seat in order of payment time.
2. เงื่อนไขจำนวนผู้เดินทางขั้นต่ำ และ กรณีสมาชิกไม่ครบตามกำหนด2. Minimum Participants & Underbooking Conditions

จำนวนสมาชิกขั้นต่ำ:Minimum Participants: ทริปนี้จะสามารถออกเดินทางได้ตามปกติในราคามาตรฐาน ก็ต่อเมื่อมีสมาชิก ขั้นต่ำ 7 ท่านขึ้นไปThis trip departs at the standard price only when there are at least 7 confirmed participants.

ระยะเวลาการยืนยันทริป:Trip Confirmation Window: ทางเพจจะแจ้งยืนยันสถานะการออกทริปในกลุ่มแชท "อย่างน้อย 5 วัน ก่อนเดินทาง"We confirm the trip's go/no-go status in the group chat "at least 5 days before departure".

กรณีสมาชิกไม่ครบขั้นต่ำ (แต่ต้องการเดินทางต่อ):Underbooking but wish to proceed: หากถึงกำหนด 5 วันก่อนเดินทาง แล้วมีสมาชิกไม่ถึง 6 ท่าน แต่สมาชิกในกรุ๊ปยังประสงค์ที่จะเดินทาง ทางเพจจะแจ้งยอดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม (หารเฉลี่ยต้นทุนรถตู้และสตาฟที่ขาดหายไป) หากสมาชิกทุกคนยินยอมชำระเพิ่ม ทริปจะออกเดินทางตามปกติIf by 5 days before the trip the group has fewer than 6 participants but all confirmed members still wish to travel, we will calculate the additional cost share (van + staff cost shortfall). If all members agree to top up, the trip will proceed as scheduled.

กรณีทริปล่มจากผู้จัด (ยกเลิกการเดินทาง):Operator-side cancellation: หากสมาชิกไม่ครบ 7 ท่าน และตกลงเรื่องค่าใช้จ่ายส่วนเพิ่มกันไม่ได้ ทางเพจจำเป็นต้องยกเลิกทริป โดย "ยินดีคืนเงินมัดจำและค่าทริปคืนให้เต็มจำนวน 100% ที่ท่านโอนชำระมา ไม่เกิน 3 วัน"If the trip fails to reach 7 participants and additional cost-sharing cannot be agreed upon, we will cancel the trip and "refund 100% of all deposits and payments received within 3 days".
3. เงื่อนไขการยกเลิกโดยผู้เดินทาง (Cancellation Policy) สำคัญมาก3. Customer Cancellation Policy (VERY IMPORTANT)
❌ กฎการเปลี่ยนชื่อ:❌ Name-change rule: เมื่อถึงกำหนดเวลาที่ทางเพจต้องส่งรายชื่อให้ทางอุทยาน "ทางอุทยานไม่อนุญาตให้แก้ไข เปลี่ยนแปลงชื่อ หรือหาบุคคลอื่นมาสวมสิทธิ์แทนในทุกกรณี"Once we submit the name list to the National Park, "the Park does not allow any name change, edit, or substitution under any circumstances".
❌ กรณีลูกค้ายกเลิกทริป หรือ ไม่มาปรากฏตัว (No-show):❌ Customer cancellation or No-show:
เนื่องจากการที่ท่านชำระเงินมัดจำ ถือเป็นการกันสิทธิ์ที่นั่งและทำให้ทางเพจต้องเสียโอกาสในการรับลูกค้ารายอื่น ดังนั้น หากท่านเป็นฝ่ายขอยกเลิกการเดินทาง ไม่ว่าจะแจ้งล่วงหน้ากี่วัน และ "ไม่ว่าทางเพจจะดำเนินการจ่ายมัดจำรถตู้ หรือส่งรายชื่อให้ทางอุทยานไปแล้วหรือไม่ก็ตาม" ทางเพจ "ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่คืนเงินมัดจำและเงินค่าทริปทั้งหมดในทุกกรณี"Because your deposit locks in a seat and prevents us from accepting other clients, if you cancel — no matter how far in advance, and "regardless of whether we have already paid the van deposit or submitted the name list to the Park" — we "reserve the right not to refund any deposits or trip payments under any circumstances".
(เหตุผล: เพื่อนำเงินส่วนนี้ไปชดเชยค่าเสียโอกาส และใช้เป็นกองทุนสำรองเพื่อไม่ให้กระทบต่อต้นทุนส่วนกลางของสมาชิกท่านอื่นที่ยังคงเดินทางตามปกติ)(Reason: this amount offsets opportunity cost and forms a reserve so that the shared cost of the remaining members on the trip is not affected.)
4. เงื่อนไขกรณีเกิดเหตุสุดวิสัย และ ภัยธรรมชาติ (Force Majeure)4. Force Majeure & Natural Disaster Conditions
หากเกิดเหตุที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุม เช่น ภัยธรรมชาติ สภาพอากาศแปรปรวน หรือ ทางอุทยานประกาศปิดพื้นที่กะทันหัน ทางเพจคำนึงถึงความปลอดภัยเป็นหลัก และ ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการงดคืนเงินค่าทริปในทุกกรณี เนื่องจากมีต้นทุนที่ถูกจ่ายเหมาล่วงหน้าไปแล้ว โดยจะมีแนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาดังนี้:If an event beyond our control occurs — such as a natural disaster, severe weather, or a sudden Park closure — safety is our top priority, and we reserve the right not to refund the trip fee under any circumstances, as costs have already been pre-paid. We offer the following resolutions instead:

ทางเลือกหลัก:Primary option: ปรับเปลี่ยนแผนการเดินทาง โดยหาสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวหรืออุทยานใกล้เคียงอื่นๆ ที่เปิดทำการ และมีความปลอดภัย มาทดแทนในวันและเวลาเดินทางเดิมAdjust the trip plan by substituting another nearby open, safe destination or park within the same original travel dates.

ทางเลือกรอง (เลื่อนวันเดินทาง):Secondary option (postponement): หากต้องการไปสถานที่เดิม อนุญาตให้เลื่อนวันเดินทางได้ โดย "สมาชิกทุกคนในทริปจะต้องตกลงยินยอมเลื่อนวันเดินทางไปพร้อมกันในวันเดียวกันได้เท่านั้น"If you wish to visit the original destination, postponement is permitted only when "all trip members agree to postpone together on the exact same new date".

การชำระเงินมัดจำ ถือว่าผู้ร่วมทริปได้ อ่าน ทำความเข้าใจ และยอมรับ
ในเงื่อนไข ข้อจำกัด และข้อตกลงทั้งหมดที่ระบุไว้ข้างต้นนี้โดยสมบูรณ์แล้วBy paying the deposit, the participant is deemed to have read, fully understood, and accepted
all of the above Terms, restrictions, and agreements in their entirety.
